Sheetful provides a platform that allows users to turn Google Sheets spreadsheets into REST APIs. We provide tools to connect, manage, and interact with your spreadsheet data programmatically.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sheetful and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect to the Service via Google Sheets ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to access and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
In no event shall Sheetful, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
